The intergovernmental agreement between Moscow and Ankara on the Turkish Stream is likely to be reached by the new year. This statement was made by Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak, who noted that it would be a good result.
"The elections of representative bodies are to take place on November 1st. Then some time will be needed to form the new government," RIA Novosti cites him.
