Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak, Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller, as well as presidential advisers Yuri Ushakov and Vladislav Surkov are part of the Russian delegation leaving for Paris.

Today, Russian President Vladimir Putin is scheduled to attend the Normandy Four talks and hold bilateral meetings with the leaders of Germany, France and Ukraine in Paris.

According to the source close to the Paris summit’s organizers, Putin is scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Angela Merkel before the Normandy Four talks, TASS reported.

The meeting between Putin and Zelensky is expected to be held in the Elysee Palace after the talks in the Normandy format and a joint news conference of the four leaders. Putin is expected to discuss with his Ukrainian counterpart various issues, including challenging aspects of gas talks.
