Novak: issue of oil stabilization will be solved in March

The matter of stabilization of oil production will be finally solved this month, the head of the Russian Ministry of Energy Alexander Novak said.

"The companies have confirmed that they supported the initiative as it makes the situation predictable for market participants. We agreed to monitor the situation. The initiative is still under discussion,'' Tass cites him as saying.
