Novak: more than 15 countries ready to freeze oil production

Over 15 countries have already publicly expressed readiness to freeze oil production, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said.

"But in order for these public confirmations to turn into actual readiness, there is a need to meet, perhaps at a ministerial level," RIA Novosti cited him as saying.
