The international memorial event ‘We are millions of Panfilovs’, timed for the anniversary of the historic Battle of Moscow and the legendary heroism of the soldiers of the Panfilov division is to take place on December 10th in Novosibirsk.
The standard of the battle is to be delivered to the capital of Siberia. Then memorial events are expected to be held in other cities of Russia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. The organizer of the events will be the Siberian Institute of Management, the RANHiGS branch under the RF President, the Historical Society of the Siberian Federal District and the Expert Club Siberia-Eurasia.
