The Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, Head of the department for external relations Novruz Mammadov reported today on Twitter that Europe has already assessed the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, which will take place only on November 1st.
As Trend reports, Mamedov informed that thanks to "close and friendly circles," the Presidential Administration found out that certain structures of the European Union have already prepared the relevant documents on the Azerbaijani elections. "Only a small addition remains – to state the date," he wrote on Twitter.
