Now Netanyahu can travel to Spain without problems

Spain's National Court has decided to annul the November decision of judge José de la Mata, which issued an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and another seven current and former Israeli officials for the attack by the Israeli special forces on the sea convoy "Freedom Flotilla" in 2010.

The Court explained that the verdict by José de la Mata was contrary to the country's judicial reform that constrained the principle of universal jurisdiction, assuming that the state could prosecute people, regardless of their nationality, place of residence or location of the crime, if it is in the interest of the international community. The updated Spanish law allows the country to conduct such business only in those cases where crimes were committed against Spanish citizens and foreigners living permanently in Spain, RIA Novosti reports.
