Number of Russians satisfied with country's economy increases

Almost every second Russian (49%) of respondents that participated in the poll of Public Opinion Fund believe that economic situation in the country is satisfying, 40% of respondents believe that the current state is bad.

In July of 2016, both of these figures were at the level of 45%, Interfax reports.

At the same time, only 6% of respondents assessed Russian economy positively. The poll was held on August 20-21, 3,000 citizens of the country from 207 populated place of 73 federal subjects have participated in it.
