Number of first-graders increases in Ingushetia

More than 9.5 thousand children entered the schools throughout Ingushetia for the first time, almost 870 more compared to last year, head of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Yevkurov reported.

"For 9.5 thousand schoolchildren in Ingushetia this September 1 will be one of the most important events in their lives - the bell for a lesson will ring for the first time for them! This year we have 870 first-graders more than in 2016,’’ Interfax-Yug quotes him as saying.

The head of the republic congratulated all schoolchildren and teachers on the Day of Knowledge. Yevkurov wished children success and diligence , and teachers - strength, patience and creative inspiration.
