Oil producers might agree to freeze their output at February levels following a meeting in Doha, Kuwait's OPEC governor Nawal Al-Fuzaia said.
"OPEC member states, as well as non-OPEC oil producers might agree to freeze their output at February levels at a meeting in Doha on April 17," RIA Novosti cited her as saying.
The crude oil price is expected to average between $45 and $60 in the second half of this year, Kuwait's OPEC governor believes.
