The OSCE issued today a statement by the Minsk Group co-chairs, expressing support for plans to hold direct talks between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in the coming months.
The co-chairmen expressed the need to maintain a constructive atmosphere at the talks and praised the reduction in the number of cease-fire violations on the line of contact between the Armenian and Azerbaijani troops, the consequence of which was the lack of casualties on both sides recently.
