The annual session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) has started in Helsinki. Today the organization celebrates its 40th anniversary.
Among the themes of the session were debates on the possibility of imposing sanctions against the parliamentarians, as State Duma Speaker Sergey Naryshkin and five members of the Russian delegation were denied entry to Finland, referring to the EU sanctions list, Freedom cites the website of the OSCE.
