OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger congratulated Nikol Pashinyan on becoming Armenian Prime Minister, News.am reported.
"Today I congratulated Armenia Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on his election on behalf of the OSCE Chairperson and the OSCE. We are ready to continue support for reforms and efforts on conflict resolution," he wrote on Twitter.
