The OSCE Center in Ashgabat city organized a series of training courses for officials of Turkmenistan, during which their were told how to minimize and prevent the consequences of natural disasters.
These courses were organized for the State Commission on Emergency Situations, the Defense Ministry, Interior Ministry, National Security Service and the State Seismological Service of Turkmenistan.
