Today near the town of Schastye Ukrainian armed forces fired with mortars at an OSCE delegation. It consisted of Toni Frisch, Coordinator of the subgroup for Humanitarian Affairs of the Contact Group, who was dealing with the resolution of the situation in Donbass.
According to the source of the information center of Lugansk, Frisch and his staff were attacked while they were returning from territory controlled by the Lugansk People's Republic. Frisch had to return to Lugansk, RIA Novosti reports.
