The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is expected to monitor the line of contact between Azerbaijani and Armenian troops near Sarijali village of Azerbaijan's Aghdam district on January 15, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said in a statement.
The monitoring will be held under the mandate of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Personal Representative.
The Personal Representative’s field assistants Ghenadie Petrica and Simon Tiller will carry out the monitoring exercise from the territory of Azerbaijan.
The Personal Representative’s field assistants Mihail Olaru and Martin Schuster will carry out the monitoring exercise in the occupied territory.
