OSCE to monitor line of contact near Tartar district

The OSCE will monitor the Nagorno-Karabakh contact line in Azerbaijan's Tartar district under the mandate of the OSCE chairperson-in-office's personal representative, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said.

On the Azerbaijani side, the monitoring will be carried out by the Personal Representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office's field assistants Gennady Petrica and Martin Schuster.

On the opposite side, the monitoring will be conducted by field assistants of the OSCE chairperson-in-office's personal representative Mikhail Olaru and Simon Tiller.
