US President Barack Obama is convening the National Security Council (NSC) due to the terrorist attacks in Paris
"The president will convene the National Security Council before leaving for the G20 summit, to get the latest intelligence on the terrorist attacks in Paris," Tass cites an official statement from the White House.
In connection with the series of terrorist attacks in the French capital, the country declared three days of mourning and security measures have been strengthened at the borders.
