An Armenian army serviceman, involved in the occupation of the Azerbaijani territories, suspected of killing his fellow serviceman was detained, the press service of Armenia's Special Investigative Service said.
The serviceman is charged with committing a murder for hooliganism reasons.
Karen Karapetyan died on March 12 from a gunshot wound. The investigation is underway, ARKA reported.
