The Armenian occupants did not allow the staff of the International Committee of the Red Cross to help the prisoners of war, Shahbaz Guliyev, who was returned from captivity, told at a press conference today.
According to him, the occupants hit his stomach and arms and punctured his cranial bone. “Every night they beat me with truncheons, turned on an unbearably loud sound, I almost became deaf,” Shahbaz Guliyev said.
He pointed out that the occupiers broke his arm and forced the ICRC doctor to leave his room without helping him. They generally did not allow the international organization's staff to help the hostages.
