In the spring of 2016, officials of North Ossetia are to do morning exercises on the riverbank in Vladikavkaz.
The idea was proposed by Minister of Physical Culture and Sports of the Republic Hassan Baroev, the Olympic champion in Greco-Roman wrestling, Tass reports.
