The decline in world oil prices is associated with the publication of new statistics on China, according to which, the Purchasing Managers' Indices (PMI) in the industry of the country fell from 50 to 49.7 points in August, which is the lowest since August 2012. The period from July to August was only 47.3 points, which is the worst result in the last six and a half years.
