If the Chechenneftekhimprom oil company, which is controlled by Rosneft, were to be transferred to Chechnya, an oil refinery will be built in Grozny, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said.
"Construction of a refinery will bring us additional taxes, jobs and development of the oil industry. And, of course, it will be a great success for our region," Yuga.ru cited Kadyrov as saying.
