Oleg Belaventsev spoke about main tasks in Caucasus

Presidential Envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District (NCFD) Oleg Belaventsev said that his main task on new post is to develop statehood of North Caucasus republics and to maintain interethnic peace.

At the same time, he noted that a lot of work has already been done in the North Caucasus in previous years, so now he must improve what was achieved.
