The new president of Russian Railways, Oleg Belozerov, believes that the company is in excellent condition.
Today, Vladimir Yakunin, who headed Russian Railways for the past ten years, said goodbye to the collective, and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich introduced the new leader.
"I am very lucky that I came, if I may say so, substituting for such a great leader, Vladimir Yakunin. The company is in excellent condition ... The most important thing is already here – a great team ... At the moment, Russian Railways is the best company of the Russian Federation. I think so right now, and thought so before," RIA Novosti quotes Belozerov as saying. He thanked the country's leadership and called his appointment the biggest challenge for himself.
