A former representative of North Ossetia in the Federation Council, Oleg Hatsaev, has become Secretary of State–Deputy Minister for the North Caucasus, the Russian government reported.
Until recently, he was a member of the Federation Council Committee on Budget and Financial Markets. After the election of Tamerlan Aguzarov as the head of North Ossetia, the former head of the republic Teimuraz Mamsurov took this post.
