The three-time Olympic champion in freestyle wrestling, the president of the Wrestling Federation of the Chechen Republic, Buvaysar Saitiev, has been appointed as an advisor to the head of Dagestan, Ramazan Abdulatipov, the press service of the head of administration and the government reports.
"The order to appointment Buvaysar Saytiev as an adviser to the head of Dagestan, Ramazan Abdulatipov, was signed on June 23rd,’’ TASS reports.
