Nino Salukvadze, who this summer will be competing in her eighth Olympic games in Rio de Janeiro, will be joined by a very special teammate: her 18-year-old son, Tsotne Machavariani.
This team-up marks the first time in Olympic history that a mother and a son will be competing together in the same games.
The duo, who have skills that apparently run in the family, will represent the country of Georgia in pistol shooting in Rio this summer.
Salukvadze, who will be the second woman ever to have eight Olympics under her belt, has won three medals over her career including a gold one in the 1988 sport pistol.
