Turkish Minister for EU Affairs Omer Chelik, who is currently in Brussels, stated about the impossibility of separate implementation of provisions of the agreement on migrants and the abolition of visas between Turkey and the European Union.
He stressed that the agreements reached at Turkey - EU summit of March 18th "is a single package."
