Tariffs for housing and communal services in Russia will increase by an average of 4% from July 1st 2016, the deputy head of the Ministry of Construction, Andrei Chibis, said
"We will increase the fee for citizens and the tariff changes are carried out once a year. The new rates will come into force from July 1st 2016, and an increase in total payment for utilities, on average across the country, I pay attention to it, will not exceed 4%," Interfax quotes him as saying.
