One person was killed and 69 more were injured as a result of another earthquake in Turkey’s Malatya province, head of Turkey’s disaster and emergencies management agency (AFAD) Yunus Sezer said on Monday.
"As of now, one person is reported to be killed as a result of the earthquake in Malatya. Sixty-nine people were injured and taken to hospitals. We have received more than 20 notifications about collapsed buildings. Search and rescue operations are underway at five sites," he said.
According to the latest reports, twenty-nine buildings collapsed.
