A new information platform will soon be created in the North Caucasus. It will control the labor market, collect all the vacancies and specialists resumes. The platform will help in developing new investment projects in the region.
An online-platform for vacancies will be created by the Unified Institute for the Development of the North Caucasus Regions, JSC Kavkaz.RF, the company's press service reported today.
The platform will be created jointly with one of the major HR aggregators – it will gather both free professionals and vacancies for them, thereby providing new regional investment projects with personnel. It will also boost "smart" migration within the North Caucasus Federal District, and will allow developing unique competencies characteristic of the republics, First Deputy General Director of Kavkaz.RF Andrei Tsemakhovich said.
The company's experts have already studied the main problems of the North Caucasus labor market and have a clear idea of the project’s tasks. First, it is necessary to eliminate the imbalance in the training of personnel and the real needs of the economy.
After the platform is launched, the gross regional product, tax revenues and investments will increase. The unemployment rate in the region, on the contrary, will decrease.
