Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that he would help save a nuclear deal with Iran. He made the corresponding statement on the eve of tomorrow's meeting of the joint commission in Vienna.
According to him, the Russian side is trying to figure out what the EU high-ranking representatives mean by hinting that INSTEX can be opened to third countries, including for oil deals.
“If this happens, the chances to save JCPOA will increase significantly. We have been calling for this for a long time,” RIA Novosti quotes a diplomat as saying.
