According to Georgian media, a member of the opposition parliamentary party Movement for Libert- Europea Georgia, David Napetvaridze, was attacked today as he was walking along the street with his wife.
As a result of the attack, Napetvaridze suffered a head injury and a broken finger. He was hospitalized with a possible concussion.
The attacker was detained at the crime scene, now he is interrogated, Sputnik-Georgia reports.
