Oppositionists and activists have gathered for a mass protest in Tbilisi. They are expressing concern about the municipal elections to be held on October 4, as well as the fate of the visa-free regime with the EU.

Oppositionists and activists opposing the government's policies have gathered in the center of the Georgian capital. Initially, they came to the 1st campus of Tbilisi State University. Then, the demonstrators went to the Georgian Parliament on Rustaveli Avenue. On the way, the protesters stopped at the election headquarters of Mayor Kakha Kaladze.
The members of opposition parties, representatives of NGOs, as well as students and opposition supporters in general are participating in the protests.
