Russia's Minister of Economic Development Maxim Oreshkin expects that the situation in industrial production in December will be better than in November, when the index fell by 3.6% in annual terms.
"The situation in December should be better than in November," TASS cited the minister as saying.
The Minister of Economic Development noted that the constraining factors of warm weather and the deal to cut oil output will remain in December. At the same time, indices of business confidence, electricity generation and cargo turnover point to an improvement in the situation in the industry, Oreshkin explained.
