Russian Minister of Economic Development Maxim Oreshkin sees the risk of slowing GDP growth in Russia to 1% if the government does not solve the problems of demography and balance of payments, he said at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
"If we do nothing, then there is a risk that growth will drop to 1%," TASS cited Oreshkin as saying.
