Another 1,235 refugees returned to Nagorno-Karabakh from Armenia on Thursday, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
It was reported that 27 buses escorted by patrols of the Russian peacekeeping taskforce and military police have arrived at the main square of Khankendi from Yerevan.
"The security of the refugees returning and traveling across the line of contact to return to their homes was organized under the management and control of the Interagency Humanitarian Response Center," the Defense Ministry said in a statement late on Thursday.
