Makhachkala will open over 60 playgrounds in the near future, according to Zubayr Mustafayev, the head of the city's housing and utilities services, RIA Dagestan reports.
Makhachkala Acting Chief Administrator Magomed Suleimanov said that the Homeowners' Association will soon start assembling them. The official asked the city's residents to volunteer in helping with creating the playgrounds on Saturday.
