PKK claims responsibility for attack on Turkish security forces

Military wing of Turkey's Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) claimed responsibility for the attack on Turkish security forces in the east of the country, press release of the organization says.

It is reported that on April 6, PKK supporters attacked Turkish soldiers who landed from helicopters near the village of Hakkari Gever.

The exact number of injured soldiers is unknown.
