New parking spaces marked with a Parking sign and additional information sign will appear in Moscow. Parking of vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines will be prohibited in such places.
"Be attentive in the parking lot. Make sure that you have not taken a place for an electric car or a rechargeable hybrid. For this violation, you will be fined 2,500 rubles," RIA Novosti reports.
