The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly might refuse to send observers to the forthcoming elections to the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan, its Secretary General Spencer Oliver reported.
According to him, the OSCE PA will not send its representatives if the OSCE ODIHR will not do this, Sputnik Azerbaijan reports.
