A man who tried to enter into Dagestan with 380 parrots has been detained. Rosselkhoznadzor experts found after the inspection of the goods at the international checkpoint Yarag-Kazmalyar that the birds were without accompanying veterinary documents.
"An act on violations of veterinary and sanitary rules was drawn up due to the means of carriage of the controlled cargo. The parrots were returned to the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan,'' Rosselkhoznadzor reported.
