Part of the President Nicholas Maduro's administration fled to Turkey, twitted Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido on Saturday, TASS reports.
"Soldiers do not yet know that high-ranking officials, who are condemning everyone have already gone to Turkey," Guaido twitted.
