The National Bureau of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia arrested part of the Georgia's Rustavi 2 TV's property after a lawsuit filed by Kibar Khalvashi.
"We will appeal, and it will be a large-scale legal war, we have other methods that will be used because this is not a dispute regarding the legal framework only. The claimant is not Kibar Khalvashi only, but the government," Director General of Rustavi 2, Nika Gvaramia, said.
Gvaramia calls upon the Judiciary not to sign the Property Seizure illegal decision.
