The Russian Defense Ministry plans to order 10,300 medals "Participant of the military operation in Syria" according to the schedule for the delivery and procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs of the military department for the current year.
A tender for the production of these awards and certificates is to be held in March and April, after which the winners should sign a contract and fulfill their obligations in May, Gazeta.ru reports.
