Armenian and Georgian Prime Ministers Nikol Pashinyan and Mamuka Bakhtadze held an informal meeting yesterday in the village of Yenokavan in the Tavush province bordering Georgia, according to the Armenian PM's press office.

The sides discussed various issues of Georgian-Armenian relations and touched upon other topics of mutual interest as well.

Pashinyan and Bakhtadze expressed confidence that "the furtherance of cooperation will promote multifaceted exchanges between the two neighboring and friendly states in a number of areas," Agenda.ge reported.

It was the second informal meeting between the Georgian and Armenian prime ministers. The first such meeting was held on January 15 in Georgia's town of Bolnisi.
