The date of the court hearing in second Armenian President Robert Kocharian's lawsuit against Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was announced. The first hearing will be held on June 12 at 16:40 (local time).
Kocharyan filed a lawsuit in September 2018, demanding protection of honour and reputation. after Pashinyan expressed bewilderment in connection with the release of the former president from arrest under the pretext of immunity.“What does the untouchable mean? That is, you can organize the killing of people and say I am untouchable,” Sputnik - Armenia cited him as saying.
Thus, the Prime Minister hinted at Kocharyan’s involvement in the death of the protesters during the March 1-2, 2008 tragic events.
