Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, during a meeting with citizens in the village of Nor Yedesia in the Aragatsotn province of the republic, announced today the statistics of losses of the occupation forces in the Second Karabakh War.
According to the premier, at the moment he knows about 3,250 dead soldiers and officers. Pashinyan stressed that the number of known deaths will surely increase, as the search for bodies and identification of remains is being carried out. According to him, the number of victims will not exceed 4,000 people.
According to Sputnik-Armenia, at the moment, 189 families are awaiting the results of a DNA examination to identify the bodies found. In total, after the end of the Karabakh war, the remains of 1,503 Armenian citizens were found on the territory of Azerbaijan.
