Former spokesman of the Armenian foreign ministry Vladimir Karapetyan will be appointed as head of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s press office.
"A few days ago, I received an offer from the PM to run his press office," Karapetyan wrote on his Facebook page.
He said that this offer was unexpected to him and he accepted it after consultations with his like-minders from the Armenian National Congress, ARKA reported.
According to him, public service implies certain restrictions also in terms of party activity, and therefore he decided to cease his party activity for the period in office.
